An email from God

One day God was looking down at Earth and saw all of the rascally behaviour that was going on. So He called one of His angels and sent the angel to Earth for a time.
When he returned, he told God, 'Yes, it is bad on Earth; 95% are misbehaving and only 5% are not.

God thought for a moment and said, 'Maybe I had better send down a second angel to get another opinion.'

So God called another angel and sent him to Earth for a time. When the angel returned he went to God and said, 'Yes, it's true. The Earth is in decline; 95% are misbehaving, but 5% are being good.'

God was not pleased. So He decided to e-mail the 5% that were good, because He wanted to encourage them, and give them a little something to help them keep going.

Do you know what the e-mail said?

Okay, I was just wondering, because I didn't get one either!!!

Memory

Hello Readers!
I have found what song I am dancing to for Dance 'n' Dazzles' Student Choreography Comp. I am dancing to "Memory" from the musical Cats.

Click HERE for the original song,  HERE for the music I'm dancing to, and HERE for a sweet, almost karaoke like version.
Any ballet/modern/contemporary dancer out there who might have an idea or two/suggestions for my dance - please contact me via comments!!

Wordless Wednesday - More Rome

Yes, we are in Rome.

cherub #1: This is how you do it, mate
cherub #2: yeah, I'm (not) watching

the crowds at the Vatican - AHHH!!!
Mum really liked walking up and down steps

One of the street sellers - some were selling water bottles.
View from on top of the bus
(and no, I wasn't pretending to be a Spice Girl)

These were EVERYWHERE! Street corners were most popular
The Vatican
If you look closely, you might see the GINORMOUS line to get into the Vatican

Rome

There we were, exhausted after thirty hours on and off planes, unable to get into our accommodation for another two/three hours, and quite hungry. What sight we must have been.
Oh well. That’s just part of the experience.

Let me tell you some things about the Italians…

They drive on the wrong side of the road
 In tiny cars
 Down tiny streets
ok, so maybe this wasn't a street.
close enough.

They have teeny, weeny coffee cups
They have the world’s biggest pizza plates

  They are REALLY good painters
And sculptures
Piazza Navona, just down the street

see, the roads are tiny!

they like gelati

a lot

and anyone who has been to Rome, and did not meet anyone else calling out
"umbrelli, umbrelli" or "half price, half price"
you need an award.

oh, and just in case you didn't notice,
they are driving on the wrong side of the road.

well, the rest of Rome will have to wait.
I have to get on with my science.

bye bye
(for now)
